Step 2: Creation and assignment of user accounts
Here you will find how to sign in as Account Manager, enable additional security for the Administrator User, and configure additional users to the Administrator Account.

1. Log in as Administrator User
To access the clevertwin account Admin user, log in with the email address and password you used to create the account.

Log in to APP.clevertwin.COM/AUTH/SIGN-IN
2. Login
On the login page, enter your password and select Login. Congratulations, you have just logged in to the clevertwin Platform as an Administrator.
3. User creation
The creation of the different users, who will have access to the management of the clevertwin platform in your company, will be generated by the Administrator user, who delegates the credentials.
4. Invite users
Once the administrator user determines the users he wants to link to clevertwin, he must fill out the following fields:

  1. Email
  2. Full name of the user to be assigned
  3. Select the type of USER field on the tab.
5. Sending data to email
Once the User has been created by the Administrator, the user will receive a message by email, including the username and provisional password (which must be changed when accessing the platform).

In this way, users will be registered in clevertwin and will be able to enter in to carry out the tasks they have assigned within the platform.
